Cedrick Duncan , Training Coordinator (cont.)

Lieutenant Duncan began his career with the Montezuma Police Department in 1996.  Lieutenant Duncan quickly roles through the ranks and have serve   the department as a Shift Supervisor, Detective, and Patrol Shift Commander, and currently serving as Professional Service Manager.  Lieutenant Duncan is in charge of all the training! for the Montezuma Police Department and further serves as the Certification Manager.  Lieutenant Duncan led the Montezuma Police Department to Certification in 2005 and did complete the Re-certification process in April. In 2006, Lieutenant Duncan was selected as the Employee of the Year of the Montezuma Police Department.  Lieutenant Duncan has completed the Supervisors Module, Management Module and the Executive Module at the Georgia Police Academy and he is currently a Certification Assessor through the Georgia Chiefs of Police.
